Dr Jacques Noel - lazy and negligent:

Dr Jacques Noel falsifies medical records to cover his laziness and negligence:

[1] I state that on 1/4/10 Dr Noel offered me treatment ASAP - facet joint injections ASAP depending on when a bed became available, followed by back rehab and I was to think about surgery at a later date if necessary.

Dr Noel confirmed what I state, twice, by his letter dated 1/4/10 to and as received by my G.P. - it was written immediately after and on the day as the consultation of 1/4/10.

[2] Over a year later Dr Noel produced what he claimed was his transcript of the medical records for the 1/4/10 consultation. This transcript was claimed to have been written on 19/5/10 a few weeks after said consultation. In this he contradicted his letter of 1/4/10 to my G.P. and claimed he had offered me admittance to hospital the following day [2/4/10] for facet joint injections but that I refused.

Of note is the fact that this transcript appeared for the first time 12 months after it was supposedly written and had and was never released under any of my Freedom of Information requests.

To bolster this falsehood and supported by it Dr Noel stated to third parties -

"Mr Trent was offered immediate treatment by admission the next day and diagnostic/therapeutic injections in theatre." "This was offered to Mr Trent and he did indeed decline this offer." Also Dr Noel stated that all this was clearly confirmed in his letter dated 1/4/10 to my G.P. - which, of course, it was not.

While Dr Noel's falsehoods would be clear to anyone with a grain of honesty and integrity, he was obviously banking on matters being dealt with and accepted on the basis of who he was rather than on what the documented facts were and that people would have as little honesty, ethics and integrity as he himself exhibits.

The falsification moved the blame for the lack of treatment from Dr Noel and Tallaght Hospital to me.
